but the 'save community' campaign just might get it cancelled so let me explain to you that you can sign the petition to 'save community.'
here's winger whining to e.w.:
JOEL McHALE: Our ratings jump when you see the TiVo numbers, but the problem is that our audience is very young, and nobody views television [live] anymore. They watch online. There is no way to monetize that yet, other than iTunes. And you can watch [Community] on Hulu. Our catch-22 is that we know we have a lot of fans, because they’re all over the Internet. But young people don’t go, “Oh, my show’s on, see you!” No one runs home to watch television. Just keep the chatter going.
no, actors shouldn't use the term 'monetize.' but mchale's a bad actor.
so you can try to 'save' the show. i think you'll only piss off nbc.
but go for it because if you piss off the network (which wasn't planning on axing the show), maybe nbc will cancel it?
and may i point out 1 more thing?
'community' is set at a junior college.
those are generally considered '2 year colleges.'
this fall? the show started it's 3rd year.
let's close with c.i.'s 'Iraq snapshot:'
