Tony Blair admits that Britain and the US failed to anticipate, after the invasion of Iraq, "the nightmare that unfolded" as al-Qaida and Iran destabilised the country after the overthrow of Saddam Hussein in 2003.
In an emotional chapter in his memoirs on the Iraq war, in which he admits to shedding many tears at the loss of so many lives, the former prime minister insists that military action was justified and refuses to offer an apology for joining forces with George Bush.tony blair is a drama queen and a liar.
if the 'military action was justified' then he wouldn't have needed to lie, now would he?
for those who don't know, in england, the lie was that the u.k. could be attacked with wmd from iraq within 45 minutes.
it was a lie.
it was a known lie before tony started spewing it in public.
tony's a damn liar.
and like many a liar, he lies so much he forgets his previous lies which is how he can now lie that military action was justifiable. he's forgotten how many lies he's already told to justify the illegal war.
and that's the other thing, his own legal advisors told him the iraq war would be illegal (without a 2nd u.n. resolution) but tony ignored it.
he's a liar and he's a war criminal.
he needs to be put on trial. regardless, he will rot in hell for eternity. as he should.
let's close with c.i.'s 'Iraq snapshot:'
